By accessing or using CyberEduc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
CyberEduc is a free, open-source cybersecurity awareness platform designed to educate users about phishing attacks and online threats. The platform provides interactive lessons, a Red Flag Trainer game, badges, and progress tracking.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to conduct real phishing attacks or any malicious activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Educational Content Disclaimer
All phishing examples, scenarios, and email templates on CyberEduc are provided strictly for educational and awareness purposes. This content must not be used to create, distribute, or deploy actual phishing attacks. Doing so is illegal and violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
CyberEduc is open-source software. The source code is available under the MIT License on GitHub. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the code in accordance with the license terms.
User-generated content (such as profile data and quiz scores) remains the property of the respective user.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings menu. All associated data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
CyberEduc is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or interruptions of service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
